Position Overview:

As our payroll specialist, you’ll be assisting with payroll, payroll tax payment, payroll tax return preparation, and electronic document management. Some income tax (business and personal) and bookkeeping experience would be a huge plus. You should be comfortable using QuickBooks, Intuit Online Payroll, UltraTax and FileCabinetCS. Microsoft Excel proficiency is essential.


Pay is highly competitive and depends on experience qualifications. Mileage is reimbursed at full federal rate.
